The Big Brobama: Socialist Change We Can Believe In!

“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism,’ they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without ever knowing how it happened.” – Norman Thomas, presidential nominee of the Socialist Party of America in every election from 1928 to 1948.

The truth: Anyone who pays taxes will eventually pay more taxes under a Federal Government run by a President Obama and a Democratic Congress. The last Democratic president who was a genuine tax cutter was JFK in the early 1960’s. The reason is simple: JFK was the last Democratic president who didn’t believe in a huge expansion of government spending on social programs. Since LBJ and “The Great Society” (I call it New Deal version 1.5), the domestic policy of every Democratic president has been to greatly increase spending on social programs. If you’re wondering about Bill Clinton, his health care reform proposal was a massive expansion of government spending and control. It was such a financial and bureaucratic nightmare that it failed to pass a Democratic Congress that was committed to enacting health care reform! After the election of a Republican Congress in 1994, Bill Clinton decided that the best he could do was act as a brake on the Republicans. Unfortunately, George Bush’s domestic policy has tried to be both Republican (tax cuts) and Democratic (big increases in social spending — think of Bush’s Medicare prescription drug benefit) at the same time. George Bush’s “compassionate conservatism” has in practice more in common with Democratic spending policies than traditional Republican policies. Given our already big deficits, a President Obama won’t be able to massively increase spending — as he wants to do — without raising taxes on all taxpayers: “the rich” simply don’t have the kind of money that he needs for his programs.

As the videos below show, Obama will redefine rich to get whatever revenue is necessary to fund his agenda.

Vodpod videos no longer available.Hot Air » Video: Selfishness 101, posted with vodpod

The next one is actually my favorite of the bunch. Obama in 2003 defined as worthy of a tax cut — which he’s said at other times should go only to the middle class — as below 70K. So, Obama’s definition of middle class in 2003 was below 70K. What changed between 2003 and now? How long before Obama changes back to the 2003 definition, or decides to raise taxes on even lower incomes? Also, notice that in this video Obama only talks about government spending as being important. The idea of growing the economy first, and the government living within what the economy can provide isn’t in Obama’s thinking. Government über alles!

From Hot Air

More analysis or commentary can be found at Obama Floats Social Security Tax Hike; Seems fair to me!; Barack Obama calls me selfish; Change We Can Believe In?; Middle class topped out at 70K in 2003, according to Obama; It’s like the limbo rock, only with your money; and Obama’s new attack on those who don’t want higher taxes: “Selfishness.” And let’s not forget Joe Biden’s comment that low taxes are unpatriotic.

Paying high taxes is bad enough, but how do you feel about high prices deliberately created by government taxes in order to control your behavior? In a 2007 interview on Iowa Public TV, Barack Obama calls for creating “price signals” — a codeword for high prices caused by government taxes — so that middle class consumers will “change their behavior.” Now that’s socialism I can believe in!

From Little Green Footballs

You might be wondering what Obama supporters think of all this. I believe that Peggy, in the following video, speaks for many Obama supporters who are having financial difficulties, and who share her hopes: “If I help him, he’ll help me.” While I have sympathy for her struggles, I wonder how many Americans want to be taxed to pay for her gas and mortgage.

Peggy’s Dream

What I think of all this can be summarized in the next video and the cartoon that follows:

BTW, this cartoon reminds me of a post that I did in late August called There’s A Secret Vampire Conspiracy Among Us. That post gets more relevant every day. Well, what do we do? First, there’s always a video by Zo to cheer us up. (Although I haven’t listened to it yet, Fausta did a podcast (click here) with Zo on Sunday, Nov. 2.)

Second, read LEAK: Obama Concession Draft Admits He’s Unfit, and remember that Obama is unfit to be president. Then contribute to the McCain/Palin campaign in whatever way possible. Finally, I’ll end with the closing from There’s A Secret Vampire Conspiracy Among Us.

Exposed: Inside the Obama Campaign

An Obama staffer, who’s a die hard Hillary supporter, has decided to tell us what the Obama campaign is really about. If you’ve been looking at conservative, independent and PUMA sites during this campaign, you won’t be too shocked unless, of course, you truly believe that Obama is our coming Messiah, and the Leftist MSM are his prophets and disciples. Here are the first two paragraphs:

After a long and careful consideration of all the implications and possible consequences of my actions today, I have decided to go through with this in the hope that our country can indeed be guided into the right direction. First, a little personal background… I am a female grad student in my 20’s, and a registered Democrat. During the primaries, I was a campaign worker for the Clinton candidacy. I believed in her and still do, staying all the way to the bitter end. And believe me, it was bitter. The snippets you’ve heard from various media outlets only grazed the surface. There was no love between the Clinton and Obama campaigns, and these feelings extended all the way to the top. Hillary was no dope though, and knew that any endorsement of Obama must appear to be a full-fledged one. She did this out of political survival. As a part of his overall effort to extend an olive branch to the Clinton camp and her supporters, Obama took on a few Hillary staff members into his campaign. I was one such worker. Though I was still bitterly loyal to Hillary, I still held out hope that he would choose her as VP. In fact, there was a consensus among us transplants that in the end, he HAD to choose her. It was the only logical choice. I also was committed to the Democratic cause and without much of a second thought, transferred my allegiance to Senator Obama.

I’m going to let you in on a few secrets here, and this is not because I enjoy the gossip or the attention directed my way. I’m doing this because I doubt much of you know the true weaknesses of Obama. Another reason for my doing this is that I am lost faith in this campaign, and feel that this choice has been forced on many people in this country. Put simply, you are being manipulated (my emphasis). That was and is our job – to manipulate you (the electorate) and the media (we already had them months ago). Our goal is to create chaos with the other side, not hope (my emphasis). I’ve come to the realization (as the campaign already has) that if this comes to the issues, Barack Obama doesn’t have a chance. His only chance is to foster disorganization, chaos, despair, and a sense of inevitability among the Republicans (my emphasis). It has worked up until now. Joe the Plumber has put the focus on the issues again, and this scares us more than anything (my emphasis). Being in a position to know these things, I will rate what the Obama campaign already knows are their weak links from the most important on down.

You can read the full story at What you were never intended to know in this election. I found out about this article from Pam Geller’s great site, Atlas Shrugs.

It’s Funny Friday, American Gothic Edition

As I wrote last week, I’ve decided to once in a while do a post that I’ll call “It’s Funny Friday.” This’ll be a collection of a few videos, cartoons, or pictures that I found during the week to be amusing or interesting but not too heavy. Maybe I’ll add a comment, or maybe not. I make no claim of originality. I’m just having some fun posting things I like, and I hope you’ll enjoy them too.

Studs for Sarah PalinWho knew a mother of five “cuda” be so appealing? How do I join the fan club?

Just as there’s a fan club for Sarah Palin, there’s also a fan club for Joe The Plumber. I even know of one conservative woman — yes, it’s you Danger Girl — who claims to have kidnapped Joe and tied him down in her boudoir. Does anyone know if Joe’s been reported missing?

From Joi the Artist. More of Joi’s work can be found here.

Obama, of course, has a much different set of friends, sponsors, and fan club.

Obama reuniting with his old mentor, Yorick, formerly our
nation’s top teacher of Deceptive, Marxist and Racist Theology.
From Joi the Artist. More of Joi’s work can be found here.

Let’s take a temporary break from the campaign and discuss Social Security. From Michael Ramirez comes the best single cartoon I’ve ever seen on why we’ll have a problem with Social Security in the future.

Social Security is just too serious and important for our nation to manage anytime within the next 100 years — the more important the issue, the less effective is Congress– so let’s go back to frolicking with Joe and Obama. The picture below perfectly captures the spirit of Barack Obama “Palin around” with Joe the Plumber. From Hold The Mayo by way of Bring me the head of Joe the Plumber:

From the cartoonist Batton Lash via Jim Treacher’s site comes the next cartoon. Note: If you post this cartoon, please link to Batton’s site,

What happens when any Joe speaks out against “The One”?

The next two cartoons illustrate how the Left is acting emotionally and hypocritically when they try to brainwash us with their ideas of Leftist moral superiority.

Our country has entered “The Easter Island Zone.”
(Please play
in your mind that great old theme from The Twilight Zone.)By Michael Ramirez

The next cartoon also applies to Iraq and many other things that upset delicate Leftist moral sensibilities.

After 4 years of President Obama, Bush’s 8 years in office will be seen as the “good old” days. Here’s why (start at the lower left-hand corner):

From 4-Block World

From 4-Block World

After Colin Powell threw McCain to the wolves by endorsing Obama, I thought hard about the next two cartoons.

From 4-Block World

From Cagle Post

Now when I hear of communist propaganda, intimidation, and rigged elections, I don’t think of Cuba, Vietnam, or even North Korea anymore. My first thought is ACORN! Here’s a cartoon by Michael Ramirez that reflects today’s reality.

And a more humorous version of what ACORN does.

From 4-Block World

While Washington tries to “fix” our nation’s financial problems with more borrowing and spending, we must try parody to keep our sanity.

It’s from the next cartoon that I got the idea to call this post the American Gothic Edition of It’s Funny Friday. O.K., it’s not the greatest idea I ever had, but at least you don’t have to cash in your 401(k) to read my site.

You can find even more Jackie Mason on YouTube. Returning for his second appearance on It’s Funny Friday — he was on last week’s edition — is the highly intelligent and very thoughtful Zo. He has more YouTube videos here.

The most insightful comment I’ve seen in a while still comes from Varifrank:

Im having second thoughts

Not about Palin, but I am having second thoughts about this election. I used to think it was just important, but now I think its more like:

“Vote for McCain, before its too late”

In regards to Palin, I want you all to remember that they aren’t laughing at her, they are laughing at you. McCain and Palin are nothing but proxies for the left to take out their rage at you for all that you have done to them (specifically not letting them have the power they so richly deserve). They really don’t understand you, so what makes you think they are going to understand McCain or Palin?

How dare you even consider the idea that you can rule yourself, peasant…

Obama Accused of “Palin Around”…

From Powerline

Yes, the picture above is a Photoshop fantasy (although Sarah Palin looks extraordinary). The person Obama has been “Palin around” with in real life is William Ayers, who’s shown below stepping on the American flag. See Chicago Mag for who Ayers is, and my previous post “Obama’s Chicago Way” for information on some of the ties between Obama and Ayers. More on the relationship between Obama and Ayers can be found at Atlas Shrugs, Fausta, Hot Air, and Michelle Malkin. Note: A recent fact check by Drew Griffin of CNN points out “…the relationship between Obama and Ayers went much deeper, ran much longer, and was much more political than Obama said.” Watch the whole CNN piece or get a transcript.

And for a little more enlightenment, there’s a picture directly below that perfectly captures the spirit of Barack Obama “Palin around” with Joe the Plumber. From Hold The Mayo by way of Bring me the head of Joe the Plumber:

It’s Funny Friday, 10/17/2008

I’ve decided to once in a while do a post that I’ll call “It’s Funny Friday.” This’ll simply be a collection of a few videos, cartoons or pictures that I found amusing during the week. Maybe I’ll add a comment, or maybe not. I make no claim of originality. I’m just having some fun posting things I like, and I hope you’ll enjoy them too.

Sarah Palin having fun with Tina Fey’s impersonation of her by writing on a camera, “I’m not Tina Fey.” The picture is via Fausta and originally from The BBC.

The cartoons below are by Michael Ramirez from Investor’s Bussiness Daily.

Obama finally comes clean with Joe, the plumber.

If you’ve been watching the wild ride of the stock market, no explanation is needed.

Do you think Congress knows what it’s doing?

Do you think Obama knows what he’s doing?

What America thinks of Congress.

Denial is more than a river in Egypt.

The Final Insult

The last cartoon came by way of Fausta. The next video comes by way of NO QUARTER and originally from The Nose On Your Face; it deals with the Democratic protection of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac from increased regulation, which helped create the current housing crisis.

Cuckoo’s Nest II: The Housing Crisis Denial Sessions

Guest Commentary:

This video doesn’t really belong in “It’s Funny Friday,” but I decided to include him anyway because he’s so thoughtful, articulate, and interesting. I hope he runs for office someday. He’s a one-person conservative answer to Obama and the Democratic Party. Video is via Fausta by way of Baldilocks, ‘Zo’s latest:

Update: Hot Air has just received video of a McCain/Obama practice session before the last debate. Obama wore a top hat, monacle, and carried a long cigaret holder to emphasize that he’s the new FDR who will bring America a New New Deal. John McCain wore the uniform of a crimefighter to emphasize his long years of service both in the military and fighting Washington corruption. Obama called for a “new politics” without mudslinging — “unless, of course, my opponent slings it” — and also stressed his respect for our fighting men by associating himself with the police. He claimed that McCain was trying to conceal his associations and agreement with criminals — Congressional Republicans and members of the Bush administration — which were the real issues in this election. McCain started to hit back at Obama by “pointing out some inconsistencies in both the logic and substance” of Obama’s remarks when members of ACORN rushed in to steal the debate. See it all for yourself in the video below.

2nd (and last) Update: See Ace of Spades for the full story on “I am Joe the Plumber.”

Obama’s Chicago Way

Part I: Introduction

The following information about the film Obama’s Chicago Way is taken from the LMDB (website, better known as the Liberal Movie Database. The LMDB is a joint project between George Soros and the DNC (Democratic National Committee) to promote far Left media in order to start a socialist revolution in the USA. The LMDB is the #1 website for information on far Left media in the world. The LMDB proudly boasts that the site gets more hits from North Korea, Cuba, Iran and Venezuela than all the rest of the web put together.

Most easily understood quote from the film Obama’s Chicago Way:

I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors. I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face….You are my ambassadors. You guys are the ones who can make the case [my emphasis].

Senator Barrack Obama speaking to his supporters on September 17, telling the world by the words and actions of his confrontational ambassadors that he’s really a thug out to intimidate or bully the American people.

This film is rated by the LMDB as AACT: anti-American, communist and terrorist.
It’s been produced and financed by the DNC to destroy your love for America.
Obama’s Chicago Way has the strong support and approval of ultra-liberal Hollywood.

Cast for the film Obama’s Chicago Way:
Sean Connery as Chief Strategist David Axelrod
Kevin Costner as Barrack Obama; Codename: Mr. Ness
Patriot and disabled war hero John McCain; Codename: Capone

Note: The frequent use of code and codenames in this film is to hide the truth.

Trailer for Obama’s Chicago Way:

Most important quotes from (and some analysis of) Obama’s Chicago Way:

The following well-known remarks are from Barack Obama’s speech on Super Tuesday:

Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. We are the change that we seek.

What Obama doesn’t tell you is that most of his best lines are “borrowed” from other people without attribution. “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for” was a phrase in use years before Obama said it, see here and here. “We are the change that we seek” looks to me to be a slight reworking of Ghandi’s “We must become the change we want to see in the world” (look not only at the similarity of ideas, but at the words I’ve emphasized in bold and the ordering of those words). Obama’s public image has been carefully manufactured to hide the real Obama. If you think I’m overstating my case, read on.

On January 7 former President Bill Clinton said:

It is wrong that Senator Obama got to go through 15 debates trumpeting his superior judgment and how he had been against the war in every year, enumerating the years, and never got asked one time — not once, ‘Well, how could you say that when you said in 2004 you didn’t know how you would have voted on the resolution?’ You said in 2004 there was no difference between you and George Bush on the war. And you took that speech you’re now running on off your Web site in 2004. And there’s no difference in your voting record and Hillary’s ever since. Give me a break. This whole thing is the biggest fairy tale I’ve ever seen [my emphasis].

This political argument by former President Bill Clinton — Obama consistently opposing the Iraq war was a big fairy tale — was turned by Obama supporters into the slander that former President Bill Clinton was saying Obama’s candidacy for president was a fairy tale. Sean Wilentz analyzed the Obama campaign’s role in using race to smear Bill and Hillary Clinton in “How Barrack Obama Played the Race Card and Blamed Hillary Clinton.” If Obama is capable of slandering not only Hillary Clinton but also former President Bill Clinton (admittedly, not my favorite guy, but he’s still a former president and very popular within the Democratic Party), what else is Obama capable of doing in his quest for presidential power? Read on.

While the Leftist MSM (mainstream media) ignored the next story — Fox News did report it — there are serious and what I, Mr. Smith, believe to be credible charges that the Obama campaign used sleazy, strong-arm tactics — typical of the corrupt politics from Obama’s Chicagoin the Democratic caucuses to steal delegates for Obama (more on this theft in the next paragraph). Since Obama’s Chief Strategist and Media Advisor is David Axelrod who, although considered to be idealistic, worked for Mayor Richard Daley and other corrupt Democratic machine candidates, perhaps the stealing of delegates in the Democratic caucuses shouldn’t be too surprising. It should also be remembered that in previous campaigns Obama has played political hardball against his opponents. In the 1996 election for the Illinois State Senate from the 13th district — a heavily Democratic district in Chicago — Obama used lawyers to disqualify four opponentsincluding his mentor Alice Palmer — so that he could run unopposed in a primary guaranteeing his win in the 1996 election. In 2000, Obama challenged an incumbent for a Congressional seat and, in a fair fight, lost badly. By 2004, Obama had become a client of David Axelrod, who started his career as a political reporter at the Chicago Tribune and rose to become City Hall bureau chief before becoming a political consultant. In the Democratic primary of 2004, Obama was running in the Democratic primary against M. Blair Hull. Hull was ahead until the Chicago Tribune (Axelrod’s former paper where he had been City Hall bureau chief) published an article in which Hull was accused of beating his ex-wife. Hull’s campaign collapsed after an allegation of wife beating was found after his divorce records were unsealed. It’s been reported that the Obama campaign had “worked aggressively behind the scenes” to push the story. (See the 3rd Note here as well as section III here, also here, here, and here.) After winning the Democratic primary, Obama faced the well-funded Republican Jack Ryan. Once again the Chicago Tribune led a fight against an Obama opponent to get divorce records unsealed. Jack Ryan’s campaign collapsed when allegations of forcing his wife to go to sex clubs was found in the divorce papers. Once again the Obama campaign — through Obama’s backers — was reported to have been actively involved in “pushing the story.” (See this article — especially reference 7 — also here and here.) Obama then went on to win over weak opposition in the general election and become the U.S. Senator from Illinois in 2004. Businessweek in March 2008 called Axelrod, “the master of Astroturfing,” for work he did for corporate clients in planting stories to change public opinion, which is exactly what happened in the 2004 election to Obama’s opponents. When you have a history of brutal and dirty campaigning, stealing delegates in caucuses is just a logical step forward.

From Gigi Gaston’s web site by way of NO QUARTER:

This documentary is about the disenfranchising of American citizens by the Democratic Party and the Obama Campaign. We the People have made this film. Democrats have sent in their stories from all parts of America. We want to be heard and let the country know how our party has sanctioned the actions of what we feel are Obama campaign “Chicago Machine” dirty politics. We believe this infamous campaign of “change” from Chicago encouraged and created an army to steal caucus packets, falsify documents, change results, allow unregistered people to vote, scare and intimidate Hillary supporters, stalk them, threaten them, lock them out of their polling places, silence their voices and stop their right to vote, which is, of course, all documented in “We Will Not Be Silenced.”

Watch part 1 of “We Will Not Be Silenced,” which is shown directly below. Some documentation for these charges can be found at Absolute Fraud, Caucus Fraud, and here. Please finish reading my entire post in the order that I wrote it (I know it’s long, but I think it’ll be worth it); you’ll find parts 2, 3 and 4 of “We Will Not Be Silenced” at the very end of this article.

We Will Not Be Silenced – Part 1

Part II: Did Obama Slime Sarah Palin?

On March 13, 2008 ABC News showed video of Obama’s pastor at Trinity United Church of Christ, the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, saying “God damn America,” and the U.S. deserved 911 because we’ve behaved as a terrorist nation. In other speeches, Wright has also blamed the U.S. for “inventing the HIV virus as a means of genocide against people of color.” Since Obama was a member of Trinity for 20 years and called Wright his spiritual mentor, these statements raised questions as to Obama’s judgment, character, and beliefs. What received very little media attention, however, was that the Church teaching of Trinity United Church of Christ, which claims to be Christian, is a form of liberation theology, i.e., Marxist class struggle mixed with some Christianity.

Obama on March 18, 2008 defended his spiritual mentor, the Reverend Wright:

I can no more disown him than I can disown the black community. I can no more disown him than I can my white grandmothera woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world, but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe [my emphasis].

Obama showed poor judgment for even bringing his loving grandmother (who helped raise him) into this conversation. But defending Reverend Wright from his racist statements made in public by “throwing grandma under the bus” — revealing before the entire world (even while she’s still alive and can be embarrassed by it) what she said privately to himwas nuts. I’m sure grandma loves him enough to forgive him but should we? What an arrogant dope!! (Note: The Wikipedia article for Obama’s grandmother has long-time colleagues from her working days saying she never said anything racist to them. Use your own judgment in deciding if Obama is telling the truth about his grandmother, or just made it up to deflect criticism of his relationship with the Reverend Wright.)

“The point I was making was not that my grandmother harbors any racial animosity, but that she is a typical white person” [my emphasis]. Obama on March 20, 2008 kicking granny hard to see if she’s still alive after throwing her under the bus and running her over with it.

Obama on April 29, 2008 finally threw the racist Reverend Wright under the bus:

The person that I saw yesterday was not the person that I met 20 years ago, he said. His comments were not only divisive and destructive, but I believe that they end up giving comfort to those who prey on hate, and I believe that they do not portray accurately the perspective of the black church” [my emphasis].

It’s interesting that Wright’s comments are only divisive and destructive, but hatred is what Wright’s opponents feed or prey on. In Obama’s Leftist world, this code probably means — as we’ll see in later quotes — that Republicans are responsible for hatred and racism, not the Reverend Wright. Even worse than this damaging nonsense, Obama still didn’t publicly apologize to his old granny for his idiotic behavior in ruining her reputation to protect the lunatic Reverend Wright.

Obama on June 14, 2008 at a Philadelphia fundraiser said:

If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun [my emphasis]. Because from what I understand folks in Philly like a good brawl. I’ve seen Eagles fans.

Obama echoed the video trailer of Obama’s Chicago Way that you can see by scrolling up to the the top of this post, and showed his need to intimidate or bully the opposition when speaking of fighting Republican attacks on his campaign. At least he hasn’t sent anyone to the morgue yet… I think. Forget about a “new politics.” Bye bye “hope” and “change.” Now Obama wants to shoot Republicans as if he’s hunting Moose in Alaska. As Gilda Radner used to say many years ago on Saturday Night Live, “Never mind.”

Obama on June 21, 2008:

They’re going to try to make you afraid of me. He’s young and inexperienced and he’s got a funny name. And did I mention he’s black?” [my emphasis].

Obama slyly slandering, demonizing, and scapegoating the McCain camp with a false charge of racism.

Obama on July 30, 2008:

They know that you’re not real happy with them and so the only way they figure they’re going to win this election is if they make you scared of me. What they’re saying is ‘Well, we know we’re not very good but you can’t risk electing Obama. You know, he’s new, he doesn’t look like the other presidents on the currency, he’s a got a funny name’ [my emphasis].

Obama not only playing subtle racist politics against the McCain camp again, but also trying to shame and verbally intimidate (bully) anyone who won’t vote for him by claiming it’s only because of racism.

Sarah Palin comparing her resume to that of Obama’s at the Republican Convention on September 3, 2008:

Before I became governor of the great state of Alaska, I was mayor of my hometown. And since our opponents in this presidential election seem to look down on that experience, let me explain to them what the job involves. I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a ‘community organizer,’ except that you have actual responsibilities” [my emphasis].

Sarah Palin fulfilled the VP candidate role by blasting Obama at the Republican Convention on September 3, 2008:

This is a man who can give an entire speech about the wars America is fighting, and never use the word “victory” except when he’s talking about his own campaign. But when the cloud of rhetoric has passed … when the roar of the crowd fades away … when the stadium lights go out, and those Styrofoam Greek columns are hauled back to some studio lot – what exactly is our opponent’s plan? What does he actually seek to accomplish, after he’s done turning back the waters and healing the planet? The answer is to make government bigger … take more of your money … give you more orders from Washington … and to reduce the strength of America in a dangerous world. America needs more energy … our opponent is against producing it.

BTW, Joe Biden fulfilled the VP candidate role by attacking John McCain in his acceptance speech at the Democratic Convention.

“What’s the difference between a hockey mom and a pit bull?” she asked. “Lipstick” [my emphasis]. Sarah’s best line from her acceptance speech on September 3, 2008, which got huge cheers at the Republican convention and was talked about for days afterward.

“There wasn’t one thing that she said about Obama or what he’s proposing that’s true,” ‘fumed Obama’s strategist David Axelrod‘ ” [my emphasis]. The Obama campaign’s reaction on September 4, 2008 to Sarah Palin’s speech at the Republican Convention was intense anger.

While attacking John McCain’s policies on September 9, less than a week after Sarah Palin’s acceptance speech, Obama said:

That’s not change. That’s just calling some — the same thing, something different. But you know, you can — you know, you can put lipstick on a pig; it’s still a pig. The Illinois senator continued: You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called change. It’s still gonna stink after eight years. We’ve had enough of the same old thing [my emphasis].

Ben Smith at Politico observed that “many in the Obama crowd leaped to their feet in delight – apparently taking the “pig” comment as a direct slam at Palin.” In an update he added latter that day: “Obama’s surrogates were joking that Palin’s record can’t be concealed with lipstick, it was hard for those following the campaign not to hear the echo” [my emphasis].

When the McCain camp complained that Obama was calling “Palin a pig,” Obama aide Anita Dunn said the following:

Enough is enough. The McCain campaign’s attack tonight is a pathetic attempt to play the gender card about the use of a common analogy – the same analogy that Senator McCain himself used about Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton’s health care plan just last year. This phony lecture on gender sensitivity is the height of cynicism and lays bare the increasingly dishonorable campaign John McCain has chosen to run [my emphasis].

On September 10, 2008 Obama responded to the controversy by saying:

“I don’t care what they say about me. But I love this country too much to let them take over another election with lies and phony outrage and Swift-boat politics. Enough is enough.”

So, did he or didn’t he? Did Obama slime Palin, then deny it? Or not? Most people who have asked these questions treat this as an isolated incident. Then for context they ask if Obama, McCain or others have used similar language in the past. (While Politico did note the activity of the crowd as well as Obama’s campaign surrogates on September 9, that’s still too narrow a view. See also here.) Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. This is how the Obama campaign operates all the time. In other words, there’s a pattern of misconduct here that goes beyond insulting a political opponent. Even though Obama at times sounds like Martin Luther King, in his heart, he’s pure Al Capone. Don’t believe me? Let’s review the tactics used by the Obama campaign that we’ve covered so far (please review everything I’ve written in this article so far if you have any doubts): lying, slandering, demeaning, shaming, verbal intimidation (bullying), race baiting, stealing of delegates and strong-arm tactics (there was physical intimidation at some of the Democratic caucuses, as you’ll see in parts 2, 3, and 4 of “We Will Not Be Silenced,” which is at the very end of this article). A political messiah wouldn’t do these things, but Al Capone would.

Obama is playing a game with McCain/Palin that I call “kicking under the table.” Let me illustrate: Two siblings are sitting together at a family gathering. The older one kicks the younger one under the table. When the younger sibling complains, the parents tell the younger one to calm down. The older sibling smiles innocently and feels superior, while the younger one looks foolish. When the younger one calms down, the older sibling can at any time start the fun all over again with a single kick. This kind of bullying happens among kids, but what kind of a man campaigns for president by kicking under the table? Look at the response of the Obama campaign to the incident with Palin they created. Instead of saying in a conciliatory way: this is an unfortunate misunderstanding, this was an attack on policy and not meant as a personal insult, and we all need to focus on the issues and just move on; the Obama campaign used this incident to make further slanderous attacks on McCain/Palin. Obama’s attack on September 10 was particularly slimy, vicious, and excessive by dishonestly charging John McCain with “lies and phony outrage and Swift-boat politics” [my emphasis]. Particularly obnoxious was the implication that only Obama loves his country enough to act honorably — “I love this country too much….” I suppose we should all forget about John McCain’s military record and years as a POW, and then his long service as a U.S. Senator. I also found the “let them take over another election” to be full of the lies, phony outrage, and Swift-boat politics that Obama is accusing McCain of. Who’s “them” that will “take over”? George Bush and Dick Cheney aren’t running again. McCain isn’t Bush, and Palin sure isn’t Cheney! This whole incident was manufactured by the Obama campaign and is classic kicking under the table.

Disgusting, isn’t it? Wait, we still haven’t gotten to the worst part yet. The second part of Obama’s original attack was: “You can wrap an old fish in a piece of paper called change. It’s still gonna stink after eight years. We’ve had enough of the same old thing” [my emphasis]. Through a friend I learned about the slang meaning of fish, particularly stinking fish. Being a skeptical person, I, of course, checked it out on the web. If you’re not easily offended — warning vulgar and crude language — then see here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here. I also found bloggers (see Big Dog, Hillary or Bust, American Digest, and Fausta) who came to conclusions that are similar to the one I came to: Obama deliberately used the slang equivalent of the C-word to insult Palin.

Remember, this is all part of the game of kicking under the table: say or do something ambiguous and very insulting; when the other side responds, kick them hard and nasty again and again. Besides the obvious political benefits — making your opponents seem foolish, old, out-of-touch, corrupt, and incompetent — there’s an emotional component to this too. When I first mentioned this game, I pointed out that the older sibling who’s initiating this gets to smile innocently and feel superior. Obama had been ahead in the polls and behaving arrogantly (see also here and here), as if he’d already been elected president. Suddenly, Palin comes on the scene, blasts Obama at the Republican Convention, and the polls start shifting. Obama’s bound to be angry and feeling insecure — Axelrod, the Chief Strategist and master backstabber (“the master of Astroturfing”), was reported by the press as fuming on September 4 (see the Sptember 4 quote above). Demeaning Palin in public and getting away with it would be a big ego-boost for Obama. When you’re as arrogant as Obama, it takes a lot of bullying to keep your ego inflated.

One final thought on Obama’s kicking under the table: He treats women worse than he does men. It’s not just the slang equivalent of the C-word. I first started thinking along these lines when Obama slimed and demeaned his own grandmother — who even he admits is “a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world” [my emphasis] — to protect a racist, lunatic Reverend Jeremiah Wright (see the quotes above from March 13 onward). As further evidence, although this isn’t 100% clear — which is why this belongs in the kicking under the table category — it looks like Obama gave Hillary Clinton “the finger” — the physical equivalent of using the C-word — during one of his speeches (see here, here, here, and here). I’m not a psychologist, but I believe Obama has some serious emotional issues with women. Whatever is going on, it isn’t good.

Since about mid-September — after the controversy died down over whether Obama insulted Palin — the Obama campaign left the racist slandering to surrogates and their allies in the Leftist MSM. On September 16, Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius accused Republicans of using racist “code language” to attack Barack Obama. “Have any of you noticed that Barack Obama is part African-American?” Sebelius asked sarcastically. “(Republicans) are not going to go lightly into the darkness.” Governor Kathleen Sebelius demeaned herself, her party, her state and Democratic women politicians by adopting the bigoted, race baiting tactics of the Obama campaign. She slimed and smeared everyone — Republican, Democrat and Independent — who won’t vote for Obama without a single shred of proof of racism. Shame on you, Governor Sebelius! Obama sold out his integrity for the presidency. What’s your excuse?

On September 24, Florida Democratic Congressman Alcee Hastings said:

If Sarah Palin isn’t enough of a reason for you to get over whatever your problem is with Barack Obama, then you damn well had better pay attention. Anybody toting guns and stripping moose don’t care too much about what they do with Jews and blacks. So, you just think this through [my emphasis].

After taking the Congressman’s wise advice and thinking this through, I’ve decided that what Congressman Hastings is hinting at is Moosehunter = Genocide for Blacks and Jews. This is the demagogic logic of the far Left and the Obama campaign, even though Sarah Palin showed she cared enough about human life to bring a Down syndrome baby into this world. Amazingly, this comment is very similar to the satirical piece I wrote called “Dick Cheney Shoots Another Camping Companion.”

On October 4, Sarah Palin said:

We see America as the greatest force for good in this world, Palin said at a fund-raising event in Colorado, adding, Our opponent though, is someone who sees America, it seems, as being so imperfect that he’s palling around with terrorists who would target their own country.

Douglass K. Daniel of the AP commented in an analysis published by the Associated Press:

And though she may have scored a political hit each time, her attack was unsubstantiated and carried a racially tinged subtext that John McCain himself may come to regret [my emphasis].

The terrorists Palin was referring to were William Ayers and his wife Bernadine Dorhn. Although Obama has tried to make the relationship appear as casual as possible, a recent fact check by Drew Griffin of CNN points out “…the relationship between Obama and Ayers went much deeper, ran much longer, and was much more political than Obama said.” Watch the whole CNN piece or get a transcript. As pointed out here, here, and here, it’s impossible to advance in Chicago Democratic politics without being sponsored by someone. No matter how much he may try to minimize or soft-pedal it now, Obama chose as his main sponsors in Chicago politics the racist Reverend Wright and the far Left terrorist William Ayers. In Chicago, Leftist racists and unapologetic terrorists are acceptable parts of the political system, but no mavericks — or God forbid, Republicans! — need apply.

As to Mr. Daniel of the AP and others like him, many in the the Leftist MSM are now actively participating in the election on the side of the Democratic Party by attacking every criticism of Obama as racist. With these allies the Democrats no longer need to rely on either their candidates or surrogates to do the demeaning and racial slandering of Republicans that we saw earlier in the campaign. While the Leftist MSM pretend objectivity — with some notable and very welcome exceptions like Drew Griffin — they’re now kicking under the table for Obama.

Part III: The Section(s) I Didn’t Write

I don’t have the knowledge, the time, or even the energy to write about everything that would fall under the categories of Obama’s Chicago-style deception, corruption, and campaign of intimidation. Fortunately, others have written about Obama illegally accepting foreign money as campaign contributions (also here), Obama as “an active member of the now-defunct socialist New Party” (also here, here, here, here, and here), the Obama campaign attempts to suppress free speech, which is amazing since Obama taught constitutional law (see here, here, here, here, here, here, and here), the Obama team intimidating Hillary’s voting delegates either before or at the 2008 Democratic Convention (see here, here, and here), Obama as community activist, Obama’s Chief Strategist David Axelrod playing the Astrotrurfing game — planting videos and stories on the Internet to change public opinion — on Hillary and Palin (for Hillary see here, and Palin see here, here, and here), Obama’s phony and completely slanderous Spanish language ad (If you can’t divide people by race, then slander and divide them by ethnic group), Obama’s friendship with and sponsorship by the unrepentant (unapologetic and unreformed) domestic terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn (see here, here, here, here, here, here, and here), Obama helping his Marxist cousin gain power in Kenya, Obama’s ties to the corrupt activist group ACORN that promotes voter fraud and helped create the mortgage crisis (see here, here, here, here, and here), and ACORN paid by Obama and registering phony voters now to steal the 2008 election (see here, here, here, here, here, and here). Whether it’s stealing delegates in Democratic caucuses or votes on Election Day, it’s all part of the Chicago Way!

Given the Obama campaign tactics, I’m sure there’s more going on that I’m not even aware of. Since the Leftist MSM — especially the men — are dreaming of having hot, steamy man-love with Obama (see here, here, here, and here), I try to stay informed by visiting conservative sites such as Hot Air, Michelle Malkin, Atlas Shrugs (Pam is a great investigative journalist, but her in-your-face style isn’t for everybody), JOSHUAPUNDIT, Wolf Howling, Jim Treacher (I like Treacher’s humor), Fausta’s Blog and Media Lizzy (who both have good shows on BlogTalkRadio). I also from time to time check out PUMA sites such as NO QUARTER and The Confluence. You might be wondering, why does a conservative visit PUMA sites? While I don’t agree with their policies, what I’ve slowly come to realize was that in 2008 the PUMAs were the first line of defense against a Mob-style takeover of the Democratic Party by an alliance of the far Left and the Chicago Democratic Machine. Now the Federal Government is next! (Remember the famous words of Reverend Niemoller.)

Part IV: It’s Up To You

Taglines for the film Obama’s Chicago Way:
Why so serious about a thuggish socialist takeover of the USA?
The rise of America’s greatest and most dangerous demagogue.

From Jim Treacher

A Short Review of Obama’s Chicago Way

Reminiscent of classic films on the corrupting effects of pursuing political power such as “All The King’s Men” (1949) and “The Candidate” (1972) as well as the old-time gangster movies “Little Caesar” (1931) and “Scarface” (1932), Obama’s Chicago Way documents the rise of “America’s greatest and most dangerous demagogue.”

A troubled, charismatic young man with a taste for power, fame and vengeance is schooled in deceptiveness and radical ideas by far Left activists. As a cover for his radicalism, he joins a popular, bigoted church that claims to be Christian, but teaches a form of liberation theology, i.e., Marxist class struggle mixed with some Christianity. After several years as a community activist, he goes to law school, and then enters the corrupt world of Chicago politics.

Putting into practice the worst he’s learned from everyone, he games the political system and loses whatever remains of his youthful integrity. Although he tries to appear as moderate as possible, given the right opportunity — one that won’t damage his career — he’ll denounce capitalists and apply radical Left principles.

He becomes increasingly focused on removing opponents and gaining more power at any cost. Because of his obvious intelligence and great charisma, he’s able to attract and hold the allegiance of his wife, financial donors, campaign workers and political supporters, who all believe he has the potential to be a great leader, even a political messiah. This despite the fact that he’s a classic underachiever: he’s done very little while holding any political office.

He builds a cult-like following based on his personal magnetism, populist slogans and empty promises, not by reason or accomplishments — which, by the way, is the classic definition of a demagogue. As he slanders and demonizes his opponents with subtle charges of racism, he becomes increasingly arrogant (also here, here and here) and manipulative. Most of the time he’s skillful enough to cover any mistakes. Amazingly, as his mentoring by far Left radicals and bigoted religious leaders (see here, here and here) becomes known to the public, it’s had only a temporary effect on his popularity. He’s greatly helped, however, by a fawning media who have fallen under his spell, who glowingly cover him day and night, and who want him to win so badly they’ll distort facts for him (see here and here). Taking full advantage of an unpopular war, the mistakes of political competitors, and using deception and strong-arm tactics whenever necessary, he becomes the Democratic nominee for President of the United States.

Campaigning during a time of financial crisis, he blames it all on Republicans and runs the dirtiest political race in modern times against a war hero and long-time Senator with a genuine record of achievement. The film ends on November 4 with the question: “Have we as a nation become so blind that we no longer recognize a true demagogue?”

An Alternative to My View of the Palin/Biden Debate

I’m still holding to my point of view that Sarah Palin will win the debate (see My Prediction for the Biden/Palin VP Debate in October). However, I found the following video, which has a different point of view, to be very funny and worth watching. If you want some commentary on this video, click here. Update: I’ve left a response in my comments section that also applies to this video.

As long as I’m having a crazy day and just posting funny videos, here’s one from Obama’s Teleprompter. From Iowahawk by way of Fausta’s Blog. (Fausta has a very good blog.) Enjoy!

I’m now convinced after watching the next video that THE END IS NEAR. From Anthony’s by way of Fausta’s Blog. Obama is not the Messiah! Obama is not the Messiah! Obama is not the Messiah! Obama is not the Messiah!…Obama is a politician! Obama is a politician! Obama is a politician! Obama is a politician!…

Sorry, I had a meltdown earlier. Watching innocent children being turned into brainwashed cultists is too much for me. In the next video, the Republican Elephant strikes back! I think the Dixie music is to emphasize that this is a lost cause, just like having a McCain march in ultra-liberal Hollywood (almost a foreign country). BTW, I’ve lived in NY, and I’m not a big fan of “When Johnny Comes Marching Home.” Update: I just realized that Johnny is John McCain. So, when John McCain comes marching home…. I get it now.

Below is Jessica Alba’s idea of encouraging the bondage voters to go Obama. A single piece of tape covering her mouth would have been enough. Jessica, I prefer Obama Girl for the total package of beauty and brains. Image is from WND.

Dick Cheney Shoots Another Camping Companion

When it was first reported that a Republican on a camping trip had shot and killed that well-known celebrity, Bullwinkle, the Talking Moose, the Left assumed that it was Sarah Palin out to make more Mooseburgers. In reality, it was Dick Cheney who, while showing off his new rifle, accidentally shot and killed his long-time friend Bullwinkle. The immediate reaction of the Left was a harsh and swift condemnation of Republican VP candidate Sarah Palin.

Then the Left launched a vendetta against Sarah Palin and her supporters. To say that there was a lynch mob mentality would be a gross understatement of the Left’s fury. Only round-the-clock Secret Service protection was keeping Sarah Palin safe from harm. Not only were they physically trying to attack Sarah, they made up all kinds of disgusting lies about Sarah and her family, while hackers feverishly tried to break into her email, bank accounts, credit cards and other personal records in an attempt to destroy her. No amount of evidence would convince the Left that Sarah was not responsible, and would never harm a talking, intelligent being like Bullwinkle (Sarah respects life to the point that she knowingly brought a Down Syndrome baby into this world). An example of the vile Leftist slander were the stories printed in the New York Times (see front page below). Although completely based on rumor, speculation and innuendo, these stories were accepted as fact by Leftists everywhere. Rumors began to circulate that not only does Sarah eat live Teddy Bears, but Bambi’s mom was next on Sarah’s hit list.

While the furor has yet to die down, leaders of the Democratic Party and their supporters have spoken out on the death of Bullwinkle.

House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi: I’m going to “save the planet” from oil drilling and rapacious Republican Moosekillers.

Senator Joe Biden: Bullwinkle was “clean and articulate.” A great Moose American who recently told me that “patriotism and religious experience was all about raising taxes on the rich” Human Americans. If only I had known that Bullwinkle was in danger, I’d have protected him with my expensive Beretta shotgun.

Senator Harry Reid: “The war in Iraq is lost, the surge won’t work” and rabid Republicans are trying to distract us with a genocidal war on our talking Mooses.

Senator Barack Obama: Bullwinkle died because “white folks greed runs a world in need.” The “hope” and “change” that an Obama administration would bring came too late for Bullwinkle. “We are the ones that” Bullwinkle was “waiting for,” but Bullwinkle was killed by the “bitter” fools who still “cling to guns and religion.”

Michelle Obama: This only proves “our souls are broken. We need to fix our souls. We can’t let people go back to their ordinary lives” after this tragedy.

PETA: “We call for a special prosecutor to investigate the immoral killing of an intelligent mammal who was our equal in every way. Bullwinkle should have had the same rights as all the humans who wear fur and antlers. Republican haters-of-life must be prosecuted, if not aborted in the womb, in order to save the diversity and health of our planet, Gaia.”

Al Gore: “The Republicans will try and tell you that the world is better off without Bullwinkle’s carbon footprint. I say that it’s people, not our good friends the Mooses, who are responsible for global warming on spaceship Earth. If only Bullwinkle would have contacted me through my invention, the Internet, I’d have been able to fly him away in my big private jet and given him sanctuary in my large mansion.”

John Edwards and Bill Clinton issued a joint statement: “We did not have sex with those women.”

Hillary Clinton: Bullwinkle might still be alive if I was POTUS and “we had comprehensive health care for every American.”

Oprah: “This is why I won’t let Sarah Palin on my show. I only interview and support for office enlightened Democratic politicians. Barack is the one!! Barack is the one!!…”

Editorials in The Daily Kos, Huffington Post, The New York Times and the rest of the MSM call for the “…immediate elimination of all WMD — weapons of Moose destruction — in the USA by whatever means necessary.” The fact that WMD still exist in the USA “…. is taken as the most significant failure yet, of the worst president in our history. What will the Europeans think of us now? All of our foreign and domestic policies must be based on only one fundamental principle: Appeasing the French so, from now on, they’ll only say nice things about us.”

The Religious world has also spoken out.

Reverend Wright: “Blacks don’t kill Whites or Mooses, Blacks only kill each other. Racist Republican hunters — supported by our criminal White government — are practicing on talking Mooses, getting ready for the day they’ll slaughter all African Americans with guns and AIDS. America’s racist chickens are coming home to roost. God damn America for killing Bullwinkle.”

Father Phleger: “White entitlement” is responsible for the death of Bullwinkle.

The Pope: “We must love and protect all of God’s creation.”

Hollywood will always produce a few good quotes.

Tom Cruise: “If Bullwinkle had become a Scientologist, he’d of had lots of women, and a much happier and more productive life, just like me.”

Katie Holmes (Cruise’s current wife): “If Bullwinkle had become a Scientologist, I might have married Bullwinkle instead of Tom. Tom is a stud, which I love, but he’s also a bigger Moose than Bullwinkle ever was.”

Lindsay Lohan then issued this statement: “I’ve always wondered what it would be like to be in a relationship with a Moose like Bullwinkle.”

Britney Spears was heard to say: “Eeewww, even I’m not as sick as Lind…say.”

Madonna chimed in: “What’s the big deal about being in a relationship with a Moose? I’ve been in every possible kind of relationship.”

Paris Hilton: “I’m not interested in serious relationships anymore; I only want to look good, have fun, be a celebrity, and spend lots of money.”

A number of prominent foreigners and foreign organizations have also issued statements on the passing of Bullwinkle.

Iranian President Ahmadinejad: The death of Bullwinkle is the work of the “Zionist leadership of the Great Satan, the USA.”

President Ahmadinejad and Hamas agree: “The only final solution is to immediately kill all Jews everywhere, starting with the destruction of the Little Satan, Israel.”

The rest of the Arab world (including Bin Laden): “We’ll all keep quiet and let Iran nuke Israel in Bullwinkle’s name.”

Africa: “Imperialism, racism, and Islamophobia are the root causes of Bullwinkle’s demise. We must have more foreign aid and world-wide hate speech laws to prevent this from ever happening again.”

The EU and UN: “We condemn this indiscriminate slaughter, the killing of Bullwinkle, as the direct result of barbaric US cowboy policies. The US must change their foreign and domestic programs to conform with EU and UN standards.”

Russia: “Ha! Ha! You kill Bullwinkle and whole world condemns you. We kill countries of Georgia and Ukraine and whole world, especially Europe, kisses our buttski.”

Israel: “Before we all end up like Bullwinkle, sell us the weapons that we need now to bomb and destroy Iran’s nuclear program!”

China: “We’re too busy building our economy and buying up your country to pay any attention to Bullwinkle.”

Hugo Chavez: “Capitalism destroyed Bullwinkle. Only socialism will save you from that Devil Bush.”

Latin America: “We agree with Hugo Chavez. Adopt socialist policies so you’ll be as poor as us, but give us free trade so we can grow our economies.”

We’ll end with this simple, heartfelt statement from Rocky, the Flying Squirrel: “Bullwinkle was my best friend. Through many tough adventures we stuck together. I’ll miss him terribly.”

Update: Today is Sunday, Oct. 5, 2008, and I originally published this article on September 19, 2008. On September 24, Florida Democratic Congressman Alcee Hastings said: “If Sarah Palin isn’t enough of a reason for you to get over whatever your problem is with Barack Obama, then you damn well had better pay attention. Anybody toting guns and stripping moose don’t care too much about what they do with Jews and blacks. So, you just think this through” [my emphasis]. This is the demagogic logic of the Left and the Obama campaign, even though Sarah Palin showed she cared enough about human life to bring a Down syndrome baby into this world. Also, note the similarity of this comment to what I attributed to Reverend Wright in the article above. Life does imitate art!

Update: For those of you who are familiar with the the writer Robert Heinlein — I read a lot of Heinlein’s work while I was growing up — there’s an interesting discussion as to whether Sarah Palin would fit in as a Heinlein heroine at Why Feminists Hate Sarah Palin. I vote yes! While I believe Heinlein would be bothered by Sarah’s Christian beliefs — Heinlein was a libertarian, a nudist, and sometimes disparaged Christianity in his later stories — he would definitely have approved of the total package that is Sarah: lovely, feminine, smart, sexy, confident, capable, maternal, athletic, good at relationships, great organizer, aggressive and a natural leader. BTW, if Heinlein had ever written about ancient Greece, his female characters would have looked a lot like Xena. That’s why I’ve added this comment as an quick update here rather than do a separate post.

My Prediction for the Biden/Palin VP Debate in October

The Outcome of the VP Debate:
Senator Joseph “the Moose” Biden vs. Governor Sarah Palin

Note: This image is from Gary Kamiya’s article, The Dominatrix, on the left wing site Instead of trying to advance the cause of “sexual freedom” by taking the usual “progressive” pro-dominatrix, pro-bondage position, Gary Kamiya used his entire article to attack Sarah Palin and the Americans who support McCain/Palin. I did, however, very much enjoy his “Moose ex Machina” comment. Yes, I’m sure that Sarah Palin will be bagging Democratic Moose in this election.

Imagine how angry all this makes the far Left. Just when they thought it was all over — Obama was even reported several months ago to have told his campaign staff to start planning for his transition to the White House — that old Navy fighter pilot John McCain sends a flying missile up the collective rear end of the Obama campaign, the DNC, the MSM, and Leftists everywhere.

Leftists are still in shock, and believe that Americans are “bigoted” and “crazy” for wanting John McCain and Sarah Palin — a smart, tough, lovely, happily married, religious and normal American woman, who beat a corrupt political machine while raising a family — to represent them. What will those “foolish” Americans do next to disappoint the far Left? I’m voting for McCain/Palin and have confidence they’ll win in November. That’s the hope and change I want and can believe in.

Update: After reading this post at Joshuapundit, Biden To Leave The Ticket??, it occured to me that if Obama doesn’t improve in the polls and Biden does poorly in the VP debate (Biden has a long history of putting his foot in his mouth, liking it there, and never learning from his mistakes), Biden might be forced off the ticket by Obama. If Obama then promises Hillary enough power to make her a copresident, Hillary might accept the VP spot both for the power and to stop the rise of Sarah Palin (otherwise Sarah might run for president after being VP for four or eight years, or worse become President Palin if McCain’s health fails). We could have a really wild October. There’s no doubt that this race is both historic and unpredictable. Anything could happen between now and the election.
